Buying a home can be a complicated undertaking full of uncertainties. Hopefully, I can help make a small part of the process easier by removing some of the guesswork about what you’re buying. I currently hold both home inspection and real estate broker licenses and have over 25 years of real estate experience. I've been a landlord, mortgage originator, property manager, home renovator, and home inspector. While I will never know everything about real estate or even home inspecting for that matter, my experiences with all types of house related issues CAN help you have a better understanding of what you are about to buy.
